1. How long does shipping take?
   Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days from the time of your order.
 
2. What is the status of my order and how do I find out?
    When we ship out your items,we will post the tracking number on our store ,you can find it at  " Order Inquiry" . Pls remember your order number and tracking numbers, they are very important.

3. My item is out of stock. What do I do?
   Feel free to visit our store for any replacement items you might like. You can either reply to any e-mail we have sent you with the names of the new items or ask help with our Live person.
