We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem, without you having to send anything back.

1. Return and full refund

   --Products with quality problems, if notified in 5 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.

   --Customer will need to send the products back to us (Customer must pay the shipping fee), when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.

2. Replacement
    --Products with quality problems, if notified within 5 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.

    --Customer will need to send the products back to us (Customer must pay the shipping fee), when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.

3. Return and partial refund.

    --super-bag.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:

       "The product does not look like the ones in your picture."

       " The product is not what I'd imagine it to be."

        "I am not satisfied with this product."

     -- we will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
